Ella has 37+ years experience teaching in the Redwood City School District.  Ella specializes in grades 2-5, specifically in Math, Language and Computer Labs.  Ella guides RISE in resource planning, computer usage and tutoring oversight.  Ella’s experience in Redwood City education, and the charter school differences guides RISE interactions with teachers and informs our workout plans for children significantly below grade level.
