With abnormally high asthma and obesity rates, North Fair Oaks children in our program need direct intervention.  RISE offers free programming for NFO children combining martial arts, delivered by decorated, dedicated professionals and fitness activities from our highly regarded neighborhood partner, The Riekes Center.
