Youth Development and Employment
Rounding out RISE programming, we lovingly train and employ NFO youth and provider training for leadership, mentorship, and advanced job skills. The high-school aged youth of participating families and from the NFO community tutor the children in the program and perform other community-building tasks.
With RISE as a first job for many, NFO youth build their resume, their work smarts and their community as they inspire the younger children in RISE.
